Role Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting prospective clients in person, understanding business needs, and selling enterprise software solutions such as HRMS, ERP, CRM, and Dialer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit prospective customers within assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demos, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Understand client pain points and propose customized solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including follow-ups and closures
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales or enterprise B2B software sales
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good understanding of HRMS, ERP, CRM, or SaaS products
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
