Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to card sales and customer inquiries.
• Promote and sell financial/card products to potential customers through tele sales.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage customer issues, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and service targets.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
