We are seeking an experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Siebel CRM solutions.
• Implement and configure Oracle Siebel CRM applications according to best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siebel CRM applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Siebel with other systems.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and training for end-users.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Stay updated with new features and enhancements in Oracle Siebel CRM.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-18 years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and data model.
• Proficient in Siebel Tools, Workflows, and Scripting.
• Experience with integration tools such as Siebel EAI and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL and Oracle database management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
