We are looking for RMs to manage the relationship and experience of our top users in our core games, Ludo Star and Parchisi Star.
Responsibilities
- You will manage the top users of the Ludo Star or Parchisi Star and be responsible for their retention.
- You will establish and manage relationships to drive user spend and engagement of the user on the apps.
- You will connect with them and make strong user relationships with these users on WhatsApp or any other platform.
- You will understand user needs and make an action plan to provide them with better services to upsell.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 2 years of experience as a VIP Relationship Manager for the respective language in audio live streaming service, Real money gaming, or casual games.
- Experience dealing with US-based customers.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity in the professional domain.
- Process-oriented person who can work in operations by following the SOP.
- Empathy to understand the top users issues and effectively resolve them.
- Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs).
- Ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language.
- Strong Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
- Attention to detail, good observational skills, and problem-solving.
