Relationship Manager (Endorsements & Client Servicing)

CTC:up to 8 LPA + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Act as the single point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions and endorsement requests (additions, deletions, corrections) with accuracy and speed.
  2. Build and strengthen client relationships through regular reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly), proactive engagement, and quick resolution of escalations.
  3. Analyse client data and feedback to improve adoption, experience, and product strategy, while acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
  4. Drive product penetration and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value and deepen partnerships.
  5. Execute client engagement and retention plans to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Expertise & Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in Insurance/Broking/TPA is mandatory.
  2. Strong understanding of client servicing and customer delight principles.
  3. 13 years of experience in sales/key account management/relationship management or a similar role.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen, present and influence effectively.
  5. Strong negotiation skills with consistent follow-through with clients and vendors.
  6. Proven record of delivering client solutions and achieving business goals.
  7. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
