Job Description

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Experience: 1-2 years

Working Days: 5 days

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling all client

communications and needs.

  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives to provide relevant

solutions and services.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, technical support)

to ensure smooth execution of client requests and deliverables.

  • Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of

products/services.

  • Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and assist in

upselling or cross-selling efforts.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic account plans.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account handling (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
