We are hiring a lead relationship manager to manage the RM team and the experience of our top users in our core games, Ludo Star and Parchisi Star
Responsibilities
- You will manage the RM team for Ludo Star and Parchisi Star.
- You will manage and be responsible for the KPIs of the RM team.
- You will establish and manage relationships to drive user spend and engagement of the user on the apps.
- You will drive the team to build strong user relationships with these users on WhatsApp or any other platform.
- You will understand user needs and make an action plan to provide them with better services to upsell.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a VIP Relationship Manager or Customer Success Manager in gaming, audio live streaming service or a similar industry.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity in all professional interactions.
- Process-oriented individual, capable of working efficiently in operations while adhering to SOPs.
- Shows strong empathy in understanding and resolving top users issues effectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Word / Google Docs.
- Skilled in analysing online communications and understanding their implications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native languages.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- High attention to detail, strong observational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
