Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Hyderabad for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance solutions. The role includes engaging with customers to explain insurance products, assisting them in selecting and purchasing policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the transaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will support clients with post-purchase services and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, including life and general insurance, as well as experience in recommending tailored solutions.
- Proven ability in negotiation, problem-solving, and providing excellent client service in a professional setting.
- Analytical and organizational skills to manage client portfolios and ensure timely follow-ups on policy renewals and queries.
- Proficiency in computer-based tools and applications is a plus, along with familiarity with online insurance comparison and purchase processes.
- An undergraduate degree in finance, business, or a relevant field is preferred. Previous experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.
