Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure their banking and financial needs are met. Key tasks include understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate banking products and services, and maintaining customer loyalty. The role also involves achieving sales targets, resolving client queries, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to bank policies and guidelines.

• Proficiency in sales and client acquisition with an ability to meet or exceed targets
• Basic understanding of financial products, banking services, and customer service
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to address client needs
• Organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or customer relations is a plus
