We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive direct project sales across infrastructure and commercial & industrial construction segments. The role involves handling large turnkey projects, managing key accounts, and achieving regional sales targets through strong client engagement with EPC contractors and builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for infrastructure projects
- Drive direct project sales (no channel/distributor sales)
- Generate business from EPC contractors, builders, and industrial clients
- Identify opportunities in metro, railways, industrial, and commercial projects
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and handle contract negotiations
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong experience in infrastructure / project sales
- Experience in handling turnkey or bulk project orders
- Good understanding of tendering and bidding processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-value project discussions
- Experience in direct sales to EPC contractors and project clients
Preferred Background
- Experience working with Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Interior, or EPC contractors
- Exposure to construction materials, scaffolding, formwork, or industrial products
- Experience in commercial site visits and project discussions
Qualification
- Graduate (Engineering / Business Administration preferred)
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
Experience
- 8–15 years in Infrastructure / Project Sales
- Proven experience in direct B2B project sales
