Role Overview

We are looking for driven and result-oriented Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to manage and grow business across assigned regions. The role focuses on distributor management, institutional sales, and expanding SFRI's presence across hospitals and diagnostic labs.

Location: Multiple Openings Across India (Zone-wise Roles)

Employment Type: Full-time (Field Role)

Zone-wise Coverage

North: Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand

West: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa

Central: Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan

East: Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand

North-East: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim

South: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales targets (monthly / quarterly / annual)
  • Appoint, manage, and expand distributor/dealer network
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, labs, and healthcare professionals
  • Track competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure timely collections and strong customer engagement
  • Execute regional sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in IVD / healthcare / medical device sales
  • Strong experience in distributor and institutional sales
  • Understanding of haematology, biochemistry, or immunology products
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in field roles
