Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Infrastructure Sales

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Infra Sales will be responsible for driving direct project sales in Infrastructure and Commercial & Industrial construction segments. The role involves handling large turnkey projects, managing key accounts, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy for infrastructure projects.
- Generate business from EPC contractors, Builders, Commercial Infrastructure Project, Government projects, etc.
- Handle direct project sales (No distributor/channel sales).
- Identify new business opportunities in sectors like:
- Metro & Railways
- Industrial & Commercial Buildings
- Power Plants & Cement Plants
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and consultants.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit sales reports, forecasting, and pipeline updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and Construction project sales.
- Experience in handling turnkey / bulk project orders.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large-value project discussions.
- Good understanding of tendering process.
- Leadership skills to manage regional sales team (if applicable).
Qualification:
- Graduate in Engineering / Business Administration preferred.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8–15 years of experience in Infrastructure / Project Sales.
- Experience in direct sales to EPCs, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Prior experience in formwork, scaffolding, construction materials, PPE, or industrial products preferred.
