Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai, with opportunities to work remotely as needed. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and Driving Sales Revenue to enhance business growth in the assigned region. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, executing sales strategies, and preparing sales forecasts. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Sales Forecasting.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and familiarity with workspace virtualization, remote access, and identity management solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region to meet with clients and partners.
  • Experience in channel partner management is a plus.

  • Own and deliverQuarterlyand Annual Revenue Targets for the assigned Region.
  • Drive New Logo AcquisitionacrossEnterprise and Strategic Verticals.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • ExecuteLandandExpandStrategy,
  • Engage directly with CIOs, CISO, IT Heads,CFOsand Procurement Heads to PositionAccopsValue Proposition.
  • Developin-depthsales knowledge ofAccopssolutions and products.
  • Develop Strong C-Level Relationships within Strategic and key enterprise accounts.
  • Drive closure of largecomplex deals with multiplestakeholdersand long sales cycles.
  • Lead from the frontfor.Customersatisfaction and experience.
  • Build joint business plans with key partners to drive predictablepipelineand revenue.
  • Respond strategically in customer settings, listen anddetermineclient's business needs.
  • Leading and collaborating pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions,assistwith Statements ofWork,and deliver proposals.
  • Demonstrate sales presentation skills.
  • Open to travelling for business.
