Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (West) located in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within the western region, developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives. Responsibilities include leading a team of sales representatives, building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and managing budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless operations and providing regular sales reports to leadership is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve revenue targets and manage client relationships effectively
  • Proven ability in team leadership, performance management, and inspiring sales teams to achieve their potential
  • Market analysis and strategic planning skills to drive business growth in a competitive environment
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in data analysis for sales forecasting and reporting
  • Familiarity with the sales landscape and business practices in the western region of India
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the technology or similar sector
