Regional Manager

The candidate should be a graduate (any discipline).

The candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in handling MFI (Microfinance Institution) branches, managing sales teams, and overseeing operations in the microfinance sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operational performance of multiple MFI branches in the designated region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering business growth.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of the microfinance business, including loan products, customer acquisition, and retention strategies, as well as branch operations.

The age requirement for this position is between 32 to 40 years.

The candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization and with clients.

The candidate will be offered a 30% hike in their current salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
