Product Ownership & Leadership

• Act as the Product Owner in Scrum teams, managing backlog and aligning deliverables with business objectives

• Lead discovery calls with stakeholders to map business processes into Salesforce

• Guide, mentor, and support Scrum teams in achieving goals

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate requirements into actionable user stories

• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless delivery

Salesforce Expertise

• Provide deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud

• Optimize Salesforce usage and capabilities for business-critical processes

M&A Integration

• Lead efforts to integrate processes from source systems to target systems in M&A contexts

• Ensure smooth migration of relevant objects and data

Process Mapping & Documentation

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes for scalability and efficiency

• Maintain technical and functional documentation for Salesforce solutions
