Job Summary:
We are hiring a result-driven Regional Business Coordinator to manage and expand our agrochemical product sales through distributor and dealer networks in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage distributor & dealer network
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Promote company brands to retailers and farmers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Expand market penetration in new territories
Required Skills:
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Good understanding of agrochemical products
- Established dealer/distributor network (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in field
Qualification:
- B.Sc Agriculture / Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Salary:
₹3–4 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance
