We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Reliant Housing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms
- Handle walk-in clients and explain project details confidently
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update CRM with client interactions and sales progress
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, accounts) for smooth closure
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing ability and sales mindset
- Good knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Male/Female both can apply
