Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Associate who has hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, especially for startup environments. The role demands strong sourcing skills, confident candidate engagement, and the ability to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
  • Leverage free job postings and creative sourcing techniques
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per role requirements
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Conduct confident candidate pitching about roles, companies, and growth opportunities
  • Handle salary negotiation and offer closure effectively
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Prior exposure to startup hiring is highly preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn & Naukri
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
