Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of IT positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top tech talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that supports our company's technical growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone/video), and assess technical fit in collaboration with tech leads.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for both current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports.
- Keep up to date with IT hiring trends, market salaries, and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT terminology.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.).
- Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment CRMs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for product-based or SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of technical assessments, coding platforms, or remote hiring tools.
