Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (IT / Non-IT / Sales / Operations as applicable)

Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Follow up with candidates and provide regular hiring updates

Maintain accurate data in ATS / Excel trackers

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Support joining formalities and documentation

Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
