Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Sonipat. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The role also involves maintaining and updating hiring documentation, fostering a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Proficiency in creating job descriptions and managing hiring documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience in fostering a positive candidate experience and contributing to employer branding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
