Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Associate who has hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, especially for startup environments. The role demands strong sourcing skills, confident candidate engagement, and the ability to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Leverage free job postings and creative sourcing techniques
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per role requirements
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Conduct confident candidate pitching about roles, companies, and growth opportunities
- Handle salary negotiation and offer closure effectively
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Required Skills & Experience
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Prior exposure to startup hiring is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn & Naukri
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
