Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Executive Search team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end hiring, building strong candidate relationships, and wants to grow into a well-rounded consultant across tech and non-tech hiring.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and closure
- Handle tech and non-tech roles across multiple levels
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Work closely with clients and internal consultants to understand role requirements
- Share shortlists, feedback, and hiring updates in a timely manner
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all stages
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth and respectful candidate journey
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Process & Data Hygiene
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and MIS
- Adhere to internal hiring processes and timelines
Desired Skills & Experience
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Exposure to tech or non-tech hiring (both preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong sourcing skills and understanding of hiring platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- High ownership, attention to detail, and learning mindset
