Recruitment Specialist (IC Role Individual Contributor)

We are looking fordynamic, ambitious, and self-driven individualsto join our recruitment team asIndividual Contributors (ICs).Freshers are welcome, and experienced recruiters will have the opportunity to handlebulk, volume, BPO, lateral, and leadership hiring.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoyend-to-end recruitment ownership, candidate interaction, and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Source candidates throughjob portals, social media, databases, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Handlebulk hiring, volume hiring, BPO/non-IT hiring, lateral positions, and leadership rolesas per business requirements.
- Actively build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Cold Calling & Candidate Engagement
- Proactively connect with candidates viacold callsto explain job opportunities and generate interest.
- Usestrong convincing and negotiation skillsto engage candidates and drive interview participation.
Screening & Shortlisting
- Conduct initial screening calls to assessskills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist candidates in line with role requirements and hiring timelines.
Candidate Briefing & Interview Preparation
- Clearly explainjob roles, company overview, expectations, and interview process.
- Guide candidates to ensure strong interview readiness and representation.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth interview flow and timely feedback closure.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain continuous engagement with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Demonstratestrong people management skillsto manage candidate expectations, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
Onboarding Support
- Assist candidates withpre-joining documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining completion.
Database & ATS Management
- Maintain and update accurate candidate records inCRM/ATS systems.
- Track hiring metrics and recruitment progress.
Referral Generation & Employer Branding
- Encourageemployee and candidate referrals.
- Promote company culture and employer brand to attract quality talent.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Communication Skills Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Very Good Convincing & Negotiation Skills Ability to influence and close candidates effectively.
- Strong People Management Skills Capable of handling diverse candidate profiles and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Confident & Persuasive Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume candidate interaction.
- Individual Contributor Mindset Ability to manage hiring independently from sourcing to closure.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented Can handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Target-Driven Strong focus on closures, TAT, and recruitment KPIs.
- Freshers Welcome Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
- Experience Advantage 14 years of experience inrecruitment, HR, staffing, BPO, or volume hiringis a plus.
