Job Title: Senior HR (Recruitment Specialist)

Experience: Minimum 4+ years

Location: Wazirpur, Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Office Timings: 09:45 AM to 06:45 PM

Salary: Up to Competitive with the market and as per company norms

Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist (Recruitment Specialist) to lead and manage our hiring operations. This position involves 80% recruitment and 20% core HR functions. The ideal candidate must be confident, proactive, and capable of independently handling the complete HR cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection (80%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and networking.

Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and face-to-face assessments.

Coordinate interviews with HODs and senior management.

Handle offer letters, negotiations, and appointment documentation.

Maintain updated and well-organized personal files.

Ensure timely onboarding and fulfilment of manpower requirements.

Onboarding & Induction (20%)

Plan and deliver structured induction programs for new joiners.

Prepare and maintain department-wise induction documents.

Ensure smooth transition of new employees into their roles.

Additional HR Responsibilities

Attendance & Leave Management

Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate leave records.

Provide monthly leave data for payroll processing.

Payroll Coordination

Share accurate employee inputs and data for monthly salary processing.

Exit & Separation

Handle resignations, exit interviews, F&F settlements, and related documentation.

Employee Engagement

Plan team-building activities and engagement events.

Maintain a positive, healthy, and motivating work environment.

Requirements

Education

Graduate (must have 10th, 12th & Graduation certificates). Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.

Strong experience using job portals and recruitment tools.

Ability to independently handle bulk and senior-level hiring.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and HR software.

Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
