About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with strong experience in staffing firms and hands-on exposure to C2H hiring. If you thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment and have a strong understanding of IT & Non IT roles and technologies, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals

Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and culture fit

Coordinate interviews and manage client & candidate feedback

Handle offer discussions and closures within defined TATs

Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers

What we are looking for:

35 years of recruitment experience in a staffing firm

Mandatory hands-on experience in C2H (Contract to Hire) hiring

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies

Understanding of Non tech roles

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
