Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on, high-energy Recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced setting. You will source, engage, and close top talent for our rapidly growing tech teams. This is not a passive role you will execute high-volume, high-velocity hiring across all channels, with a strong focus on referrals, direct sourcing, and creative outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, Growth, Sales, etc.).
- Meet aggressive hiring targets with quick turnaround time (offer in <30 days for most roles).
- Build and execute a robust employee referral program make referrals the #1 source of quality hires.
- Source candidates proactively through multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Hirist, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, X (Twitter), communities, Slack groups, and hackathons.
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews efficiently while maintaining a high candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and hiring dashboards; generate weekly reports on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs in a competitive IT product hiring market.
- Represent GrowQR at career events, campuses (as needed), and online communities to strengthen our employer brand.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience hiring for an IT Product company (SaaS, AI/ML, or deep-tech startup preferred).
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-volume hiring you should have closed 1020+ tech roles per quarter in previous roles.
- Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to find passive candidates quickly.
- Strong network in the Delhi-NCR tech ecosystem and experience running successful referral drives.
- Hands-on with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, ATS like Lever/Greenhouse/BambooHR, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous startup environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills you close candidates as effectively as you source them.
- Immediate joiner (or maximum 1530 days notice period).
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in AI/ML, Product, or SaaS hiring is a big plus.
- Prior startup or scale-up experience (hyper-growth environment).
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
