Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Gurgaon/Remote

Eligibility: Only candidates based in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR

We are not a typical recruitment company we work closely with founders, leadership teams, and decision-makers to solve hiring challenges and build strong teams.

About the Role

This is a performance-driven, ownership-focused, and closure-oriented role.

You will be working directly with clients and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and successful closures, not just sourcing or resume sharing.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in recruitment consulting, client management, and high-value hiring, and is looking for long-term career growth, not just a job.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership roles

- Understand client hiring requirements and create search strategies

- Source and screen relevant candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms

- Present and pitch opportunities to candidates

- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

- Follow up proactively with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

- Negotiate offers and drive candidates towards successful joining

- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships

- Ensure positions are closed within timelines

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Your performance in this role will be measured on:

- Number of positions closed

- Offer to joining ratio

- Time to close positions

- Quality of candidates submitted

- Client feedback and satisfaction

- Ownership and accountability in handling roles

Tools & Platforms You Will Work On

- LinkedIn

- Naukri Resdex and other job portals

- Boolean search and sourcing techniques

- Email and LinkedIn outreach

- Interview coordination and hiring trackers

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy/ staffing / talent acquisition consulting

- Experience in Non-IT and IT mid-level, senior-level, or leadership hiring(Non-IT is mandatory)

- Experience working on targets, timelines, and closures

- Strong communication and confidence in client and candidate interaction

- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup

- High ownership, responsibility, and result-oriented mindset

This Role Is NOT for You If

- You have only worked in internal HR or corporate TA roles

- Your experience is limited to fresher hiring or campus recruitment

- You are not comfortable with follow-ups, targets, and accountability

- You need constant supervision or daily hand-holding

- You are only comfortable with job posting and not proactive sourcing

Compensation

CTC: 3 6 LPA (As per industry standards, candidate's experience and interview)

Incentives: High performance-based incentives linked to successful closures and candidate joining (uncapped incentives for high performers)
