Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our on-site team in Indore. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The role also involves building a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintaining effective communication channels throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will contribute to enhancing the company's talent acquisition strategy to support long-term organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Ability to develop and maintain strong communication and collaboration with hiring managers and team members
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of hiring trends and experience with creating onboarding plans
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is highly desirable
