- Understand role requirements and match candidates on skill, fit and budget.
- Keep daily trackers organised and follow a steady, structured workflow.
- Build long-term candidate networks and support vendor coordination when needed.
What We Expect
- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals.
- Ability to understand technical job needs and evaluate profiles.
- Clear communication, fast follow-ups and disciplined work habits.
