Job Overview
We are hiring an
International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for
USA, Japan, UK, and Saudi Arabia markets. The role requires strong experience in
global hiring practices, cross-border compliance, time-zone coordination, and candidate management across diverse regions and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End International Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for roles across USA, Japan, UK, and Saudi Arabia.
- Handle Full-Time, Contract, and W2 hiring models (as applicable per region).
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates within defined SLAs.
- Conduct initial candidate screening for skills, communication, availability, and cultural fit.
Sourcing & Market Expertise
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Build talent pipelines specific to regional job markets and skill availability.
- Understand region-specific job titles, compensation expectations, and hiring norms.
- Leverage market intelligence to advise clients on talent availability and timelines.
Interview & Client Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
- Manage AI interviews, technical rounds, and final client interviews.
- Communicate candidate progress, feedback, and next steps clearly to all stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation
- Verify work authorization and employment eligibility:
- USA: W2, visa status, work authorization
- UK: Right to Work
- Japan: Work visa eligibility
- Saudi Arabia: Iqama / sponsorship requirements
- Ensure adherence to client and regional hiring compliance standards.
Reporting & Delivery
- Maintain accurate records in ATS / CRM systems.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
- Share weekly recruitment reports and pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications
- 110 years of experience in international recruitment.
- Proven hiring experience for USA, UK, Japan, or Middle East markets.
- Strong understanding of regional hiring processes and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Non-IT roles.
- Familiarity with AI screening tools and recruitment automation.
- Prior experience with staffing agencies or RPO models.
- Exposure to multilingual or cross-cultural hiring environments.
