We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with the hiring needs of the organization. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-3 years of experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
