Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik and Aurangabad for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet hiring needs. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, curating job descriptions, and providing a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also utilize tools and platforms to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis for decision-making
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in candidate engagement and creating a positive recruitment experience
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of logistics or transportation industry recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
