This role involves sourcing and engaging candidates for various IT positions, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Engage with potential candidates and conduct initial screening to assess their skills and fit for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
