US IT RecruiterExperience - 5+ Years
Role Overview: As an IT recruiter, you would focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals to meet the needs of clients or companies looking to fill tech positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice), social media, and your network to identify and engage qualified IT candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that match job requirements.
- Conducting Interviews: Pre-screen candidates through phone interviews to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
- Coordinating Interviews: Arrange interviews between clients and candidates, managing schedules and ensuring the process runs smoothly.
- Job Offer and Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term success in placements.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies.
- Proficiency in using various recruiting tools and platforms.

Bench Sales SpecialistExperience - 0 to 5 Years
Role Overview: A Bench Sales Specialist primarily works with consultants who are on the bench, meaning they are available for placement but currently not assigned to a project. The goal of a bench sales specialist is to find new projects or job opportunities for these bench consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Bench Consultants: Track and manage the bench strength (consultants who are not working on active projects) and their availability for new job assignments.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and promote bench consultants who have the right skills for upcoming projects.
- Marketing Bench Resources: Create resumes, profiles, and portfolios to present consultants to potential clients and employers.
- Negotiating Contracts: Work on contract and rate negotiations between clients and bench consultants.
- Placement & Follow-Up: Once a consultant is placed, follow up with both the client and the consultant to ensure a smooth transition and successful placement.
- Tracking Progress: Keep a record of all placements, deals, and contracts, and ensure timely renewals.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of IT consulting and staffing.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and consultants.
- Good sales skills, as you're selling your bench consultants skills to clients.
- Strong organizational skills to track bench consultants and open opportunities.
- Experience in contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Must have experience of MS office especially MS Word (For resume preparation and formatting)
