We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our recruitment consultancy team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients for future hiring needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
