About The Role -
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare division, specializing placement of temporary nurses across the UK. The role requires a driven and results-focused recruiter with proven experience in healthcare staffing, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities-
- Will be responsible for the sourcing and interviewing the potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
- Develop and nurture relationships with NHS Trusts, private hospitals, and care homes.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of business with clients.
- Ensure adherence to UK healthcare staffing regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Key Requirements-
- Minimum 2- 3 years experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within UK markets.
- Strong knowledge of temporary nursing recruitment and compliance requirements (DBS, NHS framework, right-to-work).
- Proficiency in using job boards (NHS Jobs, Reed, indeed, CV-Library, Totaljobs, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
