Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves actively managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and on boarding new employees. Responsibilities include building a network of qualified job seekers, managing job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful placements. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing innovative strategies for attracting top talent and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and applicant screening techniques.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for liaising with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as creating detailed job descriptions and posting on various platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
