We are a contemporary, upscale Indian restaurant situated in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Hubballi Urban. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. Key responsibilities include understanding staffing needs, creating job postings, strengthening employer branding, and building a diverse pipeline of talent. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and growth.

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening candidates, and interviewing techniques
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, job posting creation, and employer branding
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Understanding of labor laws and recruitment ethics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience recruiting in the hospitality, restaurant, or related industries is a plus
