Human Resource Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and improve recruitment strategies

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, networking)
• Ability to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment
