About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technology Recruiter to drive hiring for our Product, Engineering, and Design teams as we scale rapidly.
What You Will Be Doing
Own Talent Acquisition Targets
- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet quarterly hiring targets for the Product, Engineering and Design Teams.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to deeply understand their talent needs. Define job scorecards for key roles across each department elaborately and accurately.
- Build internal capability to hire for managers and leadership across the business teams and difficult-to-fill roles.
Recruitment Process Excellence
- Own end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, Salary Negotiation and providing feedbacks to candidates in a timely manner.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously track and improve key recruitment metrics like yield ratio, time to offer, offer to join ratio, Candidate NPS score, etc.
- Ensure selection processes are time and effort efficient for all stakeholders.
Talent Attraction
- Leverage social media, job boards, and other channels to attract top talent.
- Generate referrals from internal team-mates as well as external mediums to expedite hiring.
- Proactively build a strong network and talent pool for future hiring needs.
What You Will Need
- Someone with 2-5 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment for engineering roles
- Someone who is working with fast paced product company and preferably has a consulting background
- Motivated to make positive impact by hiring top talent
- B.E/BTech in IT or Computer Science
- Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment.
Location: HSR layout in Bangalore (Onsite 5 days a week)
