Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  
  
• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
  
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  
• Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best hiring practices.
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
  
• 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
  
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  
  
• Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for IT and Non-IT positions.
  
  
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
