About the Role

We are looking for high-performing IT Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end IT recruitment and consistently deliver quality candidates and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT/Technical recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Handle technical screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and joining formalities.
• Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet closure timelines.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility

3–5 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience

Strong hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn

Proven track record of IT hiring and closures

Strong candidate screening and coordination skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements independently

Immediate joiners / candidates who can join by Monday
