Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels and techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies including software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
