Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
