We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to offer.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
