We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and track applicant progress.
- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
