Key Responsibilities
Source resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels, a assigned.
Create applicant assessments in ATS, based on job requirements
Review, screen, and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings with candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or tracking systems.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.
Compile other reports as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong resume sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - English.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job boards, and other sourcingATS tools.
