Role Overview
We are looking for a
driven and technically savvy Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in
B2B SaaS industry hiring. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding client needs and mapping the talent market to assessing candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles across engineering, product, and related functions in the B2B SaaS space.
- Assess candidates technical capabilities through resume evaluation, technical discussions, and online assessments.
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong talent networks in the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
- Provide market insights and talent availability reports to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical skills & stacks relevant to SaaS (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, etc.).
- Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for Series A+ funded startups or product companies.
- Familiarity with global tech talent markets.
- Exposure to employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
